If we cannot provide any ordered items or services, we have the right to cancel the order and will notify the customer via phone or email before delivery.<\/li><li>We will not call the recipient beforehand to confirm the delivery time; please pay attention to our email notifications.<\/li><li>To protect customers, our Q2 customer service officer may call the customer before delivery to verify customer information. Third-party logistics will only provide delivery services on the designated date and are limited to Hong Kong only.<\/li><li>Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made to any information, including the delivery address. If assistance is needed, please contact us.<\/li><li>We will not be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or incomplete information. Items that cannot be successfully contacted\/confirmed with the customer or that fail delivery will be returned to the logistics center, and the paid shipping fee will not be refunded. Starting from 5 days after order confirmation, if the customer has not contacted our customer service officer due to incomplete address or information, we will charge related delivery fees (additional service fees) for second delivery. For inquiries, please contact us.<\/li><li>Items must be signed for to be considered as completed receipt.<\/li><li>Recipients should inspect the goods as soon as possible after receipt. If you discover non-human-caused product damage or packaging damage and incompleteness caused during transportation, please contact us immediately after delivery to arrange returns or replacements. Details: please contact us.<\/li><li>If the recipient entrusts someone else to collect the items on their behalf, Q2 and third-party logistics will not be responsible for any risks or losses involved.<\/li><li>When delivering items to the recipient address listed in the order, regardless of whether it is signed by the designated recipient, it will be considered as completed receipt.<\/li><li>Third-party logistics will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods before the promised delivery date. You agree and confirm that all shipped goods may be subject to delays.<\/li><li>When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is suspended, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery service times will be delayed or arrangements will be made separately.<\/li><li>We will not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, political factors, labor strikes, nuclear explosions, or war.<\/li><li>We will charge corresponding additional service fees for uncollected items; please collect goods on time.<\/li><li>If a single order contains more than 1 shipping box, third-party logistics may deliver them separately, and delivery times may differ depending on third-party logistics\u2019 delivery arrangements.<\/li><li>In case of any dispute, Q2 reserves the final decision rights.
