Full Kwai Choy

Full Kwai Choy originates from South Africa, also known as "Fairy" Vegetable, with alternative names including "Pak Pui Choy", "Pak Tsz Choy", and "Gai Choy". Medical experts from domestic and international institutions have researched and concluded that "Fairy" Vegetable is a miraculous health vegetable. Its stems and leaves contain abundant nutritional elements such as alginic acid, mannitol, vitamin B, sulfur, potassium, and various amino acids, giving it exceptional effects in lowering blood pressure, reducing blood lipids, and inhibiting diabetes. Full Kwai Choy is heat-resistant and moisture-loving, yet also capable of tolerating cold and drought. Its optimal growth temperature is 20–30°C; it can withstand low temperatures as low as 3°C and can grow vigorously either in shade or under abundant sunlight. The roots of Full Kwai Choy are used in medicine to clear fire and cool blood, while its dried leaves, when processed into tea, become blood pressure-lowering tea that is convenient to drink. Foreign countries call it the life-saving “miracle herb,” a title it truly deserves.
