Don Gwai Leaf are the leaf portion of the Angelica sinensis plant, a species in the Apiaceae family. They are ovate or triangular in shape, with serrated edges and a deep green surface. The backside is lighter in color and is commonly found on shady, humid mountain slopes and forest edges at elevations between 1,500–3,000 meters.
