Shek Hok Sprout, is the general term for the Dendrobium genus of orchid plants. Yu Jing Dendrobium, also known as Iron Tin Dendrobium, Iron Tin Orchid, and Soul-Returning Herb, is a perennial epiphytic herbaceous plant of the orchid Dendrobium genus. It is a Chinese medicinal herb with extremely high medicinal and ornamental value, hailed as “the head of the nine great divine herbs.” Rich in Dendrobium polysaccharides, alkaloids, volatile oils, amino acids, and trace elements. Growth temperature: most suitable between 15–30°C. Altitude range: primarily grows in mountainous forest understories or rock walls above 1,000 meters in elevation.
